Property Tax Payment Options

Room Tax Payments
Room Tax Reports are due on the last day of the new month following the end of each quarter.
Complete all yellow sections of this report. Print out the form and sign it. Attach a copy of your Wisconsin Sales and Use Tax Return Form ST-12 for each month you are reporting. Send your completed Room Tax Report along with your payment to:
