ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS SITE AMENITIES VILLAGE OF WEST BARABOO
SAUK County, Wisconsin
The Village of West Baraboo is seeking proposals for site amenities at Village Forest Park. Proposals will be accepted via electronic (PDF) to ewenman@msa-ps.com until 10:00 am, Wednesday, March 1st, 2023. All proposals will be reviewed by the Village and design team for a recommendation and referred to the Village Board.
This project anticipates the use of Community Block Grant (CDBG) Funds.
For the Request for Proposal’s Preferred Product Information and Site Plan for the project is available and should be requested via email from ewenman@msa-ps.com.
Selection of the preferred Bidder will be made in March 2023. The site amenities are expected to be installed in early summer 2023.
The Village reserves the right to reject one and/or all proposals if the above criteria is not met and falls below the proposed budgets.
